  1. 1. Program Enrollment

    • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of the program fee.
    • The program is designed for high school learners (Grades 8–12).
    • Access to sessions, materials, and platforms will be provided only to enrolled participants.

  2. 2. Program Delivery

    • The program will be conducted online via live instructor-led sessions.
    • Session recordings may be provided for revision purposes.
    • byteXL reserves the right to modify session schedules, trainers, or content if required.

  3. 3. Code of Conduct

    • Learners are expected to maintain respectful behavior during sessions.
    • Any misuse of the platform, disruptive behavior, or violation of guidelines may result in removal from the program without refund.

  4. 4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

    If a learner wishes to discontinue the program, they must inform the team immediately after the first session.

    Refund Conditions
    If the learner discontinues after attending the first session
    • A 50% refund of the program fee will be applicable.
    • The refund will be processed within 45 days from the date of request.
    If the learner discontinues after attending the second session or beyond
    • No refund will be provided.
    • No refund requests will be entertained after the second session under any circumstances.

  5. 5. Certification & Outcomes

    Certificates, portfolio guidance, and Demo Day participation are subject to:

    • Minimum attendance
    • Completion of assigned projects

    byteXL does not guarantee:

    • College admissions
    • Internships or job placements

    However, the program is designed to support learners in building strong portfolios and skills.

  6. 6. Intellectual Property

    • All course content, materials, and platform access are the intellectual property of byteXL.
    • Learners may use the content for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize it.

  7. 7. Platform Access

    • Access to platforms like Nimbus is provided for the duration specified (e.g., 1 year).
    • Misuse of the platform may result in access termination.

  8. 8. Limitation of Liability

    byteXL is not responsible for:

    • Internet connectivity issues on the learner’s side
    • Device compatibility issues
    • Any indirect losses arising from participation in the program

  9. 9. Updates to Terms

    • byteXL reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
    • Continued participation in the program implies acceptance of updated terms.
